Pop Up Yoga

Most new students have the same questions, fears and concerns. We are eager to clear your mind 
of worry and to debunk the mystery of yoga. Each pop-up class will focus on deep breathing, 
moving fluidly and gracefully through a series of postures that will build stamina and strength as well 
as create a calmer more relaxed body. 

HOW to PREPARE:
Dress in comfortable work out style clothing. It is best to arrive with an empty stomach and to be well hydrated.
Bring a yoga mat (the teacher may have a few mats to borrow), a towel, and a donation that you can afford (we suggest $10)
